The artisanship of zymurgy? Hell YAH!! If zymurgy means the brewing of highly exceptional BEER then Bravo Fonta Flora, give me more of THAT!! I really enjoyed my visit to FF this summer and can’t wait to make it back this Fall to try any new brews on the menu, and by the look of the very full parking lot, others will too.
An old dairy farm, located in the beautiful Linville Gorge with many acres of pastureland to spread out
and relax outside (or a small seating area inside) you can bring the entire family and good DOGS! This
brewery is a work in progress, to eventually include annual gardens and educational farm, so keep
coming back not just for the pretty area but for the great BEER and FOOD. I tried the Spoonbill (double
toasted coconut) bourbon barrel aged Imperial Stout and it was the bomb! Their food truck called
@singlewyde is all about wood-fired sourdough pizza with all organic and fresh ingredients… I mean
really REALLY good pizza!
